Welcome to the 234 Project.  We have but one mission and one mission alone; that being the removal of putative President Barack Obama from the White House, either by impeachment and removal for the crimes of treason and bribery or simply forcing his exit from office due to his continual failure to produce proof of natural born citizenship as noted in our blessed Constitution under Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 5.  Should this site, by the grace of Almighty God, achieve this goal, or if Mr. Obama is removed by some other means (it doesn't matter to me whether we get the credit) we will promptly remove it from the Internet. 

The name of the 234 Project stems from the gap in years (234) between the Declaration of Independence from Great Britain in 1776 to the current year 2010.  To symbolically illustrate that gap, we are taking the 218 Republicans in Congress today (177 in the U.S. House and 41 in the U.S. Senate) and "applying" them toward the 234 goal.  We have selected these Republicans because all 218 in both chambers voted against the passage of Obamacare (notwithstanding GOP Congressman Ahn Cao's sole vote for it the first time around, which he later retracted by voting against the measure the second time). We will be pressuring all 218 of them to demand Mr. Obama's removal.

We are certainly not lost on the fact that not all 218 Republicans in Congress today are by any stretch of the imagination conservative, constitutional, to the right, whatever you wish to call it  Indeed we know that a number o fthem can hardly be distinguishable from Democrats, such as Maine's two senators - Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins - and Reps. Mark Kirk from Illinois and Mike Castle from Delaware (both men also running for Senate in their respective states).  Mr. Kirk and Mr. Castle were two of eight Republicans who voted for the House version of cap and trade, legislation that thankfully thus far is stalled in the Senate. We are not under any illusion that these 4 individuals (and a few others) are our friends in Washington.

But these four individuals, as well as the 214 other Republicans in Washington, by their votes against Obamacare, sent a message to America that Washington has no authority to manage your health care needs and that they oppose a government heist of medicine.  By virtue of their unanimous stand against government run health care, we believe that there is at least a modicum of liberty in their political views and thus are including all 218 in our solemn quest to force Mr. Obama's removal.

Our liberties have been under assault in various fashion for decades and the passage of Obamacare into law has created a crisis of the denial of our constitutional freedoms because we are now no longer free to make our own medical decisions.  We now have to consult Washington in order to do so.  That is not liberty.  That is outright tyranny.  And with 218 Republicans against tyranny (at least in terms of health care), these individuals are the springboard for this operation. 

Subtract 218 from the 234 men and women required (one for each year of America's existence) and we therefore need 16 addtional individuals to fill the gap.  The options to secure such persons vary.  We could try and "recruit" several conservative House Democrats in Congress like Dan Boren of Oklahoma, Gene Taylor of Mississippi and Bobby Bright of Alabama.  We could try for conservative Republican governors like Butch Otter of Idaho, Bob McDonnell of Virginia and both Republican governors of both Dakkotas.  We may shoot for Republican state senators and representatives, particularly those who serve as legislative leaders.  We have other ideas.  If you have any suggestions on the remaining 16 for our project, contact me at the234Project@rocketmail.com.

But in the meantime, our thrust is to compel all 218 republicans to commence the call for Obama's removal.  We will do so via a fax operation to every single GOP member of Congress. We will be faxing the letter posted on the "Letter" page to both the legislator's offices in DC and at least one district office to briefly outline the massive evidence against Barack Obama.  We are committed to getting all 218 Republicans to say at least YES to number 6.  We will do everything possible to force their hand.  We are obviously under no illusions that hearings will certainly not take place due to the current Democrat majority in both chambers of Congress (absent a miracle from God.  But we are committed to putting Republican feet to the fire and keeping them there.

We want each and every Republican to know we mean business and that this grassroots effort will NOT go away.  We refuse to take NO for an answer. 

Also, because there is an element here that addresses the Obama citizenship issue  we are not here to entertain discussion of it. If you are one of those individuals, like Ann Coulter on the right or Chris Matthews on the left (or someone in the so-called middle) who likes heaving the term “birther” (or similar language) at those of us who believe there is a serious constitutional crisis on our hands, we ask that you find some other site to pester with your views. We believe the evidence is clear and strong that the man sitting in the Oval Office is constitutionally disqualified from being in his position.  If the 300+ well documented articles on World Net Daily and the meticulous legal documentation of Obama's ineligibility by Atty. Mario Apuzzo aren't enough to convince you of the facts, then nothing will.

We do realize, however, that some folks who may be otherwise predisposed to join our cause may be hesitant to do so because of our conviction that Barack Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen. Those same folks may feel that Mr. Obama has committed crimes worthy of impeachment and want to pursue his removal from that angle while yet working with us.  Although the very best evidence shows Mr. Obama's disqualification due to his Kenyan birthplace and citizenship, we would be happy to work with those of you who may want to pursue the impeachment route, provided that a neutral position on the eligibility issue is maintained.  Those who follow the Coulter, Michael Medved, Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly, RedState.com, Breitbart.com, etc. mockeries will be refused access with those of us who believe Obama is ineligible.
